Delete your account

Sign in to confirm it’s you, and your sign-in, name, email and phone are removed permanently. Anonymised transaction records stay, as bookkeeping law requires. This can't be undone.

Can't get in? Call (02) 3816 2225 and we'll do it while you're on the phone. In the app it's Profile → Account settings → Delete account. Tradie account? Delete it from your workspace Profile at mendyai.app/tradies.
